Rose Group - provides its moving and transport services exclusively on the basis of the following General Terms and Conditions.
1. Performance of Services
Services are carried out in accordance with professional standards, using the methods, equipment, and personnel selected by Rose Group Invest. The indicated schedules and service durations are provided for guidance only and may vary depending on operational requirements.
2. Prices
All prices are stated exclusive of VAT. Any service not expressly included in the quotation or purchase order will be invoiced separately.
3. Invoicing and Payment
Invoices are payable within 30 calendar days from the invoice date by bank transfer to account BE18 1036 0128 3365. In the event of late payment, in accordance with the Belgian Act of 2 August 2002 on combating late payment in commercial transactions, Rose Group Invest reserves the right to: • charge statutory late payment interest applicable to commercial transactions; • require advance payment for future services or any remaining part of the agreed services; • suspend the performance of the services until all outstanding amounts have been paid.
4. Cancellation
Any cancellation communicated less than 48 hours before the scheduled service date will result in the invoicing of 100% of the agreed amount. Cancellations communicated at least 48 hours in advance will not incur any cancellation fee.
5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the French-speaking courts of Brussels.

These General Terms and Conditions are governed by German law. Should individual provisions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
